William T. Mullican – (615) 934-4067
William T. Mullican III is a 2008 graduate of the University of Tennessee, College of Law. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance degree from the University of Tennessee in 2001. Will worked in retail management after his graduation from the University of Tennessee before deciding to return to school and embark on a legal career. He was raised in McMinnville, TN where he graduated from Warren County Senior High.
While at the University of Tennessee College of Law, Will served as a student-attorney in the Student Legal Clinic. He received the Certificate of Academic Excellence for Extraordinary Achievement in American Legal History. Will spent his summers in law school interning for the Davidson County District Attorney’s office, and during his second internship he got the opportunity to conduct hearings and bench trials. This experience along with Will’s participation in the Student Legal Clinic resulted in his decision to pursue a career in criminal law.
Will is an active member of the Williamson County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Tennessee Bar Association.
Will primarily practices criminal defense, personal injury and family law. He is licensed to practice in all Tennessee state courts. He practices in all Middle Tennessee Counties, although he appears most frequently in the Williamson, Davidson, Rutherford, and Hickman County courts. He represents people charged with all types of crimes.
Jennifer Honeycutt – (615) 268-5108
Jennifer Honeycutt graduated from Carson Newman College in 1992 and Nashville School of Law in 2006. Ms. Honeycutt has spent approximately 20 years in the legal profession and is dedicated to making her knowledge work for you.
Ms. Honeycutt is experienced in Criminal Defense, Juvenile Defense, Dependent and Neglect Actions, Child Support, Custody, Divorce and Workers’ Compensation.
Ms. Honeycutt is a member of the Williamson County Bar Association, the Dickson County Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association and the John Marshall American Inns of Court. She also serves as a team advisor to the Williamson County DUI Court and is the Treasurer of the Restorative Justice Foundation, Inc. Finally, Ms. Honeycutt has served as an adjunct Professor in the Paralegal Department of Miller Mott Community College.
